Refill & Cancellation is done manually, it can take up to 0-24H (rarely 48-72H) to process your request. During overall issues in the whole market, cancellation can take up to 5-7 days.

Never put cancellation request for one order, and put same link before its processed. If you do so, you may face overlapping of orders. In this situation, you we will not be able to recover your loss

If your order is dropped, don't place next order before refilling is completed on previous order. If you will do so, we will not be able to refill previous order.

Special Cases

If you use non-refill service, there is no guarantee for delivery and refill. Please check these services yourself before ordering. We will not be responsible for any issues related to non-refill services. Even if you place your order today and face a drop next day, still no claim will be accepted. Even, if order is not delivered completely no claim will be acceptable.

Panel main currency is USD, so, if you are using other currencies like PKR, INR etc. you may see fluctuation in your account balance due to fluctuation in Google dollar rate according to your local currency.

We don't allow multiple accounts per user. If you have more than one accounts ask support to suspend one of them. If you don't do so, we can suspend all your accounts. You wouldn't be able to claim them back.

Withdraw policy

You can withdraw your account balance to your bank account, but for a valid reason.

You may have to pay some additional charges for it. No Provider provides this facility, only KingSMMFollows.com is providing. So, don't misuse it.

Deposit the only amount you need to order at KingSMMFollows.com. If you send extra amount you will not be able to withdraw it into your bank accounts.

If you send us some amount by mistake, you will not be able to withdraw it.

You can only withdraw amount if your orders are delayed & refunded by us and we are unable to complete them.

Order Cancellation Requests

You may request a cancellation only if your order has not yet been processed or started. Once the order is in progress, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through the support ticket system.
• Processing time for cancellation requests may take 0–24 hours.
• During market-wide issues or provider delays, cancellations may take 5–7 days.

Do Not Place Duplicate Orders

Do not place a new order for the same link while a cancellation request is pending. This may cause overlapping orders, and we will not be responsible for any resulting losses.

Orders Already in Progress

If the service has already started, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases:

• The order will continue until completion, or
• If the provider fails, it may be marked as partial or refunded to balance (if applicable)

Dropped Orders

If your order drops, do not place a new order before a refill or support review is completed. Placing a new order may prevent us from refilling or adjusting the previous one.

Non-Refill & Special Services

Services marked as Non-Refill or special/unstable services cannot be canceled once placed. These services are used at your own risk.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation is successfully processed before the order starts, the amount will be returned to your panel balance. Refunds to bank accounts or external payment methods are not provided.

Abuse of Cancellation System

Users who frequently place orders and request cancellations without valid reasons may face account limitations or suspension.
