Refunds for Undelivered or Failed Orders

- The order was not delivered at all.
- The order failed due to a system or provider issue.
- We are unable to complete the service after a significant delay.
In such cases, the refunded amount will be credited back to your KingSMMFollows account balance, not to your original payment method.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please contact support before placing a new order for the same link. Placing duplicate orders may prevent us from processing refunds or refills.
Non-Refill Services
Services marked as Non-Refill or without refill guarantee are not eligible for refunds or refills under any circumstances. Please review service details carefully before ordering.
Balance Withdrawals
Deposited funds are intended for purchasing services on the platform. Refunds to bank accounts or external payment methods are generally not allowed.
Withdrawal requests may only be considered if:
- Your orders were refunded due to our inability to deliver, and
- The balance exists solely from those refunded orders
Processing fees or transaction charges may apply to approved withdrawals.
Accidental Payments
If you deposit funds by mistake, they will be added to your panel balance and cannot be withdrawn back to your bank or payment account. Please deposit only the amount you intend to use.
Abuse of Refund System
Users attempting to misuse the refund system, open disputes unfairly, or engage in fraudulent activity may have their accounts suspended permanently without notice.
